Stop the Eviction of Jerry and Gail Cullors!
Eviction is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012
The Cullors refuse to move!
We need everyone there early in the morning to STOP the eviction. The eviction defense starts at 6 AM. Be there!
The home is located at 14503 Artesian at Lyndon, Detroit
Jerry and Gail Cullors have lived in their home for 23 years. Also living in the home are their daughter and Gail’s 88 year old mother, who suffers from Alzheimer’s and dementia.
The eviction is being ordered by Fannie Mae, owned by the taxpayers and voters since 2008, when it was taken over by the U.S. government. This must stop.
Bank of America is the loan servicer.
While you are defending the house on Wednesday, call Bank of America and Fannie Mae and tell them to stop the eviction and modify the loan by reducing the principal to current market value and by offering a low-interest rate loan. Right now, the banks are getting money from the Federal Reserve for about 0.25% or less!
